Helios & Thalassa Luxury View Villas were created from our family’s deep love for Karpathos and our desire to share the beauty, peace and authentic hospitality of the island with our guests.
As a family-run property, we believe that genuine hospitality is found in the details: a warm welcome, a carefully prepared space and the feeling that every guest is personally cared for.
Blending contemporary architecture with natural tones and elements inspired by the surrounding landscape, we created two private villas that offer modern comfort without losing the warmth and character of Karpathos.
For our family, HELIOS & THALASSA are more than two holiday residences. They are places created with care, passion and purpose, where we hope every guest can relax and feel entirely at home.
